Kochi: Actor Dileep was acquitted by the trial court hearing Actor assault case of 2017 on Monday.
After 3,215 days, Ernakulam District and Session acquitted actor Dileep in the case that took place on February 17, 2017.
The court said the prosecution failed to prove conspiracy against Dileep.
The court convicted first six accused in the case. The final verdict will be delivered on December 12.
