Kochi: A Malayalam film director, Khalid Rehman, and Ashraf Hamsa were among those arrested for using hybrid ganja here, media reports said.
Another person, Shalif Mohammad, was with them.
They were apprehended during a Special raid by the Excise department. A quantity of 1.6 grams was recovered from them in a flat near Goshri bridge following a
tip off.
