Kochi: Twenty miners were killed and seven injured in an armed attack in a mine in Balochistan in Pakistan on Friday, media reports said.
The assailants used heavy weapons, rockets and grenades at the miners, reports said.
Pakistani Taliban, which is also called Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is suspected to be behind the crime.
They often target security forces.
They are associated with the Afghan Taliban who control neighboring Afghanistan.
