Kochi: The Kerala High Court has given its nod to the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) to question former Kerala Finance Minister Thomas Isaac for alleged FEMA violation in connection with the issue of Masala Bonds under the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), media reports said.
The ED will issue fresh summons to Isaac to appear before it in the coming days.The court said that the pendency of writ petitions will not be a hurdle in the questioning. ED’s earlier plans to question
