Kochi: Kerala has reported monkeypox (mpox) in a man who came to Malapuram from the UAE, Kerala Health Minister Veena George said, media reports said.The disease has been confirmed in the 38-year-old man hailing from Edavanna, the reports quoting state health minister Veena George said.The person was under observation at Kozhikode Medical College where he had gone after having fever and skin problems on Monday, the reports said.Tests conducted at virology department, Kozhikode Medical College, has confirmed the patient contracting the virus.
