Microsoft Windows users worldwide in countries like India, Australia, Germany, the United States, the UK are seeing a blue screen issue on computer screens making their systems restart or shut down automatically, the reports said.The outage began Thursday evening and affected Microsoft’s Central US region, crippling essential systems of numerous airlines.
Crowdstrike, a cybersecurity platform, is suspected to have triggered the issue. Reports quoting the company said that it will update the users once this issue is resolved. The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is a critical error screen that shows up on Windows operating systems.
