Kochi: President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Kerala on Tuesday to visit Sabarimala temple and attend other functions, media reports said.
She was received at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport by Kerala Governor Rajendra Viswanath Arlerkar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan among others.
She will pray at Sabari Mala on Wednesday.
The President will unveil a statue of late President K R Narayanan at Raj Bhavan on Thursday. She will inaugurate the Mahasamadhi Centenary of social reformer Sree Narayana Guru at the Sivagiri Madhom in Varkala.
Murmu will inaugurate the valedictory function of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the St Thomas College in Pala in Kottayam.
Murmu will inaugurate the centenary celebrations of the St. Teresa’s College at Ernakulam on Friday and later fly to Delhi.
