Kochi: A 30-year-old house wife and her teenaged lover allegedly killed her six-year-old daughter Urvi who came to their physical relationship in Hathras in Uttar Pradesh, media reports said.
The woman was arrested, while the 17-year-old boy is yet to be arrested.
The incident happened earlier this week under the Sikandra Rau Police Station.
On September 3, Urvi was found dead inside a well, stuffed in a jute bag. A cloth was found tied around her neck when her body was recovered from the well.
The postmortem examination found that the girl had died due to strangulation. The woman has allegedly confessed to the crime.
The woman had bite marks on her hand which were likely inflicted by her daughter.
