Kochi: CPM legislator M Mukesh, who is a prominent Malayalam actor, has been charge sheeted in the rape case in which the Special Investigation Team SIT) has gathered strong digital, media reports said.
Claiming that the charges made by the Aluva based actress have been proved, the SIT has filed the charge sheet before the Ernakulam Judicial Magistrate court.
There are whatsapp chats and emails as evidence.
The SIT has collected circumstantial evidence and witnesses against Mukesh.
The chase pertains to Mukesh sexually abusing the actress by promising to offer membership in Malayalam actors’ outfit Association of Malayalam Movie Actors (AMMA).
The SIT has submitted the complainant’s confessions in the chargesheet. Mukesh is on anticipatory bail.
