Kochi: Hats off to opener Sanju Samson who hit spectacular 89 to help India enter the finals of T20 World Cup beating England by seven runs at Mumbai on Thursday.
Put into bat first, India made 253 for 7.
For England , Jacks Rashid took two wickets each while Archer claimed one.
Chasing a winning total of 253, the visitors were able to make 246 for 7.
For England, J Bethel hit 105. For India Hardik Pandya took two wickets while Arshdeep Singh, Bumrah, Varun Chakravarty and Axar Patel took one wicket each.
India will lock horns with New Zealand in the finals at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
