Kochi: A man has claimed responsibility for the blast that claimed a life at a Jehovah witness congregation at Kalamassery today, media reports said.
Reports quoting Kerala ADGP (Law and Order) Ajith Kumar said that a man identified as Dominic Martin has surrendered claiming responsibility at Kodakara in Thrissur.
“He claims that he belongs to the same religious group (Jehovah’s Witnesses: JW). We are verifying it…,” he said.
On the other hand, a video of a man owning up responsibility for the blast is on social media. It is not clear whether he is the same person who has surrendered before the police. He claims about his association with the JW for 16-years.
Meanwhile, investigation is on to locate a blue car moving suspiciously from the convention where the explosion took place in Kalamassery in Kerala, the reports said.
