Kochi: Nida Khan, one of the accused in the sexual harassment and religious coercion case linked to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Nashik, failed to get interim bail from a court on Monday, Live Law reported.
Nida Khan, whose anticipatory bail citing her pregnancy among others, has been posted by the Nashik District Court for next hearing April 27.
Nida went innuendo after the allegations surfaced against her.
Those arrested in the case are Mohammad Danish Sheikh, Shafi Bikhan Sheikh, Raza Rafiq Memon, Tausif Attar, Shahrukh Qureshi, and Asif Aftab Ansari.
All of them are accused of different charges including alleged stalking, harassment, and forced religious conversion attempts.
The police also arrested Ashwin Chainani, an Operations Manager of the POSH Committee, for alleged failure to address harassment complaints.
