“Pak violates ceasefire”

Kochi: Pakistan military seems to be not obeying the orders of political leadership which persuaded India to agree to a ceasefire which has been breached by Pakistan.
Explosions were reported in Kashmir soon after the two nations agreed to end conflict to take two neighbors to a negotiating table in a neutral nation.
India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said there had been “repeated violations of the understanding we arrived at”.
In response, Pakistan’s foreign ministry said it was committed to the ceasefire and accused India of violating it.
US President Donald Trump announced the news on his Truth Social Platform on Saturday morning that the US had brokered a peace.
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister said “three dozen countries” were involved in the diplomacy.
The cities of Srinagar and Jammu reported hearing the sounds of explosions and seeing flashes in the sky.
“This is a breach of the understanding that arrived earlier today,” Misri said.
Misri said India’s armed forces were “giving an appropriate response” and he concluded his briefing by “calling upon Pakistan to address these violations”.
Pakistan said Indian air strikes and cross-border fire since Wednesday had killed 36 people in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK)). The Indian army reported at least 21 civilian deaths from Pakistani shelling.
The tension started after terrorists killed 26 people in Pahalgam on April 22 forcing India to target terror training camps in PoK under Operation Sindoor mission.
