Kochi: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will leave for the US for Medical check up on Saturday morning, media reports said.
Vijayan is going on a 10-day trip for a medical review at the Mayo Clinic.
He will leave from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport via Dubai along with wife, Kamala.
He was under treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, US, in 2018 and 2022.
Vijayan postponed the medical review due to the Nilambur bypoll, the reports said.
Vijayan leaves for the US at a time when his bete noire and former Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan, 101, lay in critical condition in a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram.
