Kochi: The actor abuse case survivor has moved the Kerala High Court seeking change of her case from the Principal Sessions Court to a different court.
She prayed to the court that the decision to shift her case to Principal Session Court is illegal, media reports said.
The survivor also sought to change of the judge who had been hearing her case as trial court judge.
Meanwhile, the trial court criticised the investigating team for trying to mislead the court which also chided them for not taking part in court proceedings.
The case relates to the abduction and sexual assault of the actor on February 17, 2017, in in Kochi in which actor Dileep is an accused. He was in jail for 85 days and came out after getting a bail from the Kerala High Court.
The prosecution has moved the High Court
seeking cancellation of Dileep ‘s bail accusing him of violating bail conditions.
