Kochi: The US President Donald Trump has extended undocumented ceasefire against Iranian energy sites for ten days until April 6.
Justifying his decision, Trump
said talks with Tehran are “ongoing” and “going very well”, BBC reported.
After announcing an initial five-day pause on Monday, Trump posted on his Truth Social, to say “As per Iranian Government request… I am pausing the period of Energy Plant destruction by 10 Days…”
On the other hand, Israel’s attacks on Iran and Lebanon continue.
In a meeting, US Special envoy Steve Witkoff confirmed at the same meeting that the US has sent a 15-point peace plan to Iran.
