Kochi: Three medical students from Karnataka drowned in Payyambalam Beach in Kannur on Sunday, Manorama News reported.
Afnan, Rahanudeen, and Afraz, of a medical college in Bengaluru drowned
while taking a bath in the sea.
They were camping at a nearby resort with friends.
There were eleven members including doctors and students.
Eight members went to the sea for taking bath.
Two students were retrieved immediately and rushed to the hospital where they were declared brought dead.
