Kochi: Another political front has taken birth in Kerala following the tie up of Aam Aadmi Party and Twenty20 at Kezhakkambalam near here on Sunday.
The formation of new front People’s Welfare Alliance was announced by Twenty20 coordinator Sabu Jacob and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal.
The alliance will fight the local bodies elections in 2025.
The alliance should get the backing of those who want welfare of the people and see the state grow, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National convener Arvind Kejriwal said while addressing a public gathering Janasangamam near here.
The AAP is growing in a massive manner in the country and the patronage received by it is overwhelming.and magical, he said.
It has formed a government in Delhi three times and has taken control of Punjab.
Kerala is not an exception and it can repeat the show here, he said.

He said his aim was to make India number one for which the people should stand with the new alliance.
He praised Kitex chief and Twenty20 coordinator Sabu Jacob for his performance and that of twenty20 which was impressive and encouraging.
