Kochi: Amidst country wide drive against illegal Bangladesh nationals, Kerala Police nabbed a 30-year-old Salma Kathul at Kanhangad in Kasaragod.
She had entered India using fake documents. On reaching Kolkata, she got fake Aadhaar and PAN card and sneaked into Kerala where she was working in a hotel in Malappuram district, Manorama News reported.
There she befriended a native of Kasaragod and came with him to Kanhangad to get employment.
Kanhangad railway police arrested Salma who was sent to police remand.
Mother and two children were in Bangladesh.
