Kochi: Idukki Football Association vice president Yaseen passed away in Idukki, P A Salimkutty, President, Idukki Football Association, said.
Yasin, who had immense passion in tapping budding talents for the country. Yaseen played a key role in promoting promising players who rose to new heights, Salmkutty, who is also promoter of Thodupuzha Soccer School, said.
His contribution in promoting the game in High Range where facilities are limited is tremendous. Yasin’s demise is a huge loss to football, Salimkutty said.
