Kochi: The High Court of Kerala has issued a one-month stay on the order of State Information ( SIC)Commission to Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) to provide answer sheets and exam documents to a complainant. The KPSC had approached the High Court challenging Commission ordercontending that the selection process is not yet complete and that releasing confidential files at this stage would compromise exam secrecy. The high-profile investigation stems from severe On-Screen Marking (OSM) evaluation anomalies first uncovered in the State Planning Board recruitment exam. The special investigation team (SIT) probing the PSC exam scam has questioned three PSC senior staff amid reluctance of the constitutional body in handing over certified copies of the documents sought by the investigators. The SIT is verifying over 50 recruitment exams conducted over six years.
