K V Thomas expelled

Kochi: The Congress has finally expelled senior Congress leader and former union minister K V Thomas from the party for anti party activities.
The Kerala unit of the party put the suggestion before the AICC seeking expulsion of Thomas during the Chinta shibir at Rajasthan.
The AICC gave the green signal for his removal.
The party cannot take it anymore as Thomas had been making anti party statements regularly.
Thomas today attended the election meetings organised by LDF in Trikkakara where by elections will be held on May 31.
Thomas spoke in support of the LDF and praised its projects like semi high speed Silverline.
The Congress has intimated Thomas about his expulsion.
It all began when Thomas attended a seminar organised by the CPM despite the party disallowing him.
