Kochi: The Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) has welcomed the LDF government’s decision to amend the allotment policy of Industrial estates in the state.
KSSIA president A Nizarudeen and general secretary P J Jose said that the matter had remained unresolved for over 50 years.
They said that the entrepreneurs were thankful to the chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Industry
Minister P Rajeev for bringing the
change that will bring to an end to the hurdles like transfering of units to another promoter, and taking loans. This will also attract new investors
into the small scale sector.
