Kochi: An Australian tabloid The Klaxon have claimed that at least 38 Chinese military men were killed in the clashes with the Indian army at Galwan valley in June 2020.
Rejecting the Chinese claim of losing only four army men, the tabloid said many Chinese drowned while crossing the freezing waters of Galwan river during June 15-16, media reports said.
The Editor Antony Klan had reached the conclusion after organising an year long study
with the help of social media researchers including the Chinese Weibo in this regard.
The tabloid claimed that China wanted to keep the topic out of discussion.
Many online data in this regard have were removed by China, the reports said.
India claimed that it lost 20 army men in the clash and said China lost 35.
