Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Friday adjourned actor Dileep’s anticipatory bail plea case for Tuesday.
The court directed police not to arrest the actor before that.
The actor had moved the court after an FIR was filed against him for conspiring to harm a few cops on the basis of materials provided by film director Balachandra Kumar.
Kumar had also accused Dileep of watching the actor abuse video clippings which are under the custody of the court.
The Crime branch had conducted exhaustive raids in Dileep’s establishments on Thursday to gather evidence to prove charges made against him by Balachandra Kumar.
Dileep is on bail after spending about three months in jail in 2017 as the prime accused Pulsar Suni had accused Dileep of being the mastermind in the actor abuse case.
