Kochi: The Kerala High Court set up
Special Investigation Team (SIT) questioned actor Jayaram in connection with Sabarimala gold robbery case, the Hindu reported.
The SIT questioned Jayaram at his residence in Chennai in connection with the actor taking part in pujas organised by the Prime accused Unnikrishnan Potti in 2019.
Jayaram denied having any financial deals with Potti.
A number of accused including former Travancore Devaswom Board members arrested in the case have come out of jails as the SIT failed to file chargesheet against the accused within the stipulated 90 days period after the arrest of the accused.
