Kochi: In a bid to keep the younger generation out of Drugs, the Nehru Yuva Kendra is organising district level football competition for senior section from January 27 at Thodupuzha Soccer Club in Idukki.
Titled as “Footbaalaanu Lahiri” (soccer is the addiction), teams from the Idukki parliamentary constitution can attend the competition.
The winning team will get Rs 10000 and a trophy. Those interested to attend should register before January 20. The team list of 16 players should be ratified by the principals of respective schools.
