Kochi: In a major security lapse, two persons intruded into the Kochi Metro yard at Muttom near Aluva and issued a blast threat on a train parked in the yard, media reports said.
The police have got visuals of the intruders but have not been able to trace their identity who are believed to have used spray paint cans to splash the threat in English on May 22.
They wrote ‘First blast in Kochi’ on a train bearing the name Pampa, a Malayalam daily reported.
The Kochi Metro police have registered a case and are investigating it, the reports said.
There are also reports that the government hushed up the issue.
