Kochi: An 18-year-old girl was among three teenagers arrested in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old Abhiram who was not the actual target in Thiruvananthapuram. Abhiram was used as a tool by the 17-year-old accused to invite the original teenager who had developed a relationship with the 17-year-old accused ex-girlfriend. Abhiram, who was summoned to the crime spot using the accused girl’s mobile on Sunday, refused to invite the original target to the spot, leading to the accused murdering him and stuffing his body in a sack by Sunday evening.
Another person has been detained in connection with the case.
