Kochi: Former Government Chief Whip P C George was booked for making hate speech at Hindu Mahasammelanam.
The inflammatory speech was likely to fuel communal hatred among different religions in the state, the youth league said in its complaint.
George made wild allegations against a particular community at Ananthapuri Hindu Mahasammelanam at Thiruvananthapuram.
The complaint was filed with the Chief Minister and DGP.
Congress leader Shaffi Parambil expressed anger at George’s controversial utterances.
