Kochi: Australia beat India by four wickets in 19.2 overs in the first of the three T-20 matches at Mohali today.
Winning the toss, Australia put India into bat with the host making a brilliant 208 losing six wickets.
Hardik Pandya hit a glorious 71 not out and K L Rahul 55. Surya Kumar made 46. For Australia Nathan Ellis claimed three wickets while Josh Hazlewood two.
Batting second, Australia made 211 for 6. Green made 61, Mathew Wade 45.
Axar Patel took three wickets and Umesh Yadav two.
