Kochi: Superstar Allu Arjun has won Best Actor award in Pushpa while Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon shared the best actress award in the 69th National Film Awards 2023.
Bhatt won it for her role in Gangubai Kathiyawadi’ and Sanon Mimi.
Malayalam Actor Indrans got special mention for his performance in the film Home which was also selected as the best Malayalam film. Rojin Thomas is the director of the film.
S S Rajamouli’s blockbuster RRR won best action direction, best choreography, and best special effects awards.
The Naatu-Naatu song of RRR had won the Best Original Song Award in Oscar 2023. Special Jury award went to Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani starrer Shershaah.
Vicky Kaushal’s Sardar Udham, directed by Shoojit Sircar, got Best Film Award.
The Kashmir Files won the Best Film Award on National Integration, RRR bagged Best Film for Wholesome Entertainment, and Rocketery: The Nambi Effect won the Best Feature Film Award.
Kala Bhairava won the Best Male Playback Award for RRR.
