Kochi: A major blaze erupted at a textile showroom near the new Mofussil Bus Stand in Kozhikode on Sunday evening.
The building in which the textiles shop is located is owned by the Kozhikode Municipal Corporation.
Fire and rescue teams from different units were engaged in dousing the fire while all shop workers and customers were moved to safety.
There was report of any casualty.
