Kochi: A woman, who was part of the Air India Express cabin crew in the Muscat- Kannur flight, was arrested for smuggling 960 grams of gold in her rectum, media reports said.
She was nabbed by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) on May 28 in Kannur International airport.The Kolkata native Surabhi Khatun was produced before the court which remanded her to 14 days in the women’s prison in Kannur.
