Kochi: After Iran rubbishing US’ claim of agreeing to an interim ceasefire as false, reports are rife over Pakistan is reportedly trying to mediate peace talks in the middle-east.

The report said Pakistan’s army chief, Asim Munir, spoke to US President Donald Trump on Sunday, while Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held talks with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Monday.
