Kochi: Actor turned politician Joseph Vijay founder of Tamiliga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has claimed to have mustered the needed 118 number of MLAs to form his maiden government in Tamil Nadu.
The TVK has been promised support of five MLAs of Congress, two of CPI, two of CPM even as the Left parties claimed not to join the government.
Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) is likely to declare its decision on extending support to TVK. This decision is expected to align with the Left parties’ stand of supporting TVK to form the next government.
