Kochi: Actor Salman Khan was bitten by a non poisonous snake a day before his birthday at his Panvel farm house in Mumbai, media reports said.
The mega star was in the farm house named after his sister Arpita Khan Sharma when the snake bit on his hand on Christmas day, the reports said.
He was rushed to a hospital where he was treated for over six hours and kept under observation before discharge.
Salman is celebrating his 56th birthday on Monday with family and friends in the farmhouse spread across a large area near the forest. There are various kinds of animals, birds, flora and fauna in the farm house, the reports said.
Salman is taking a break from the shoot of ‘Tiger 3’ starring Emran Hashmi, Katrina Kaif among others.
