Kochi: A massive haul of MDMA weighing 12.8 kg worth Rs 10 crore was seized by a police team from Malappuram.
Three persons from Malappuram and Wayanad were arrested as part of Toofan operations against drug trafficking in the state.
The narcotics was seized from the vehicles of the accused.
The seizure was done in a follow-up to interrogation of six drug smugglers involved in pedaling 97 grams of MDMA.
A total of 10,600 people have been arrested so far since Operation Toofan was launched by the Congress led government.
