Kochi: The PDP on Sunday extended support to the CPM-led Left front in the Assembly polls in Kerala, Asianet News reported.
The 2008 Bangalore serial blasts accused Abdul Nasser Madani is the chairman of PDP.
The decision was announced at its state committee meeting held here on Sunday.
The decision was a harbinger to its parleys with the Left front. PDP justified its decision for consolidating non communal votes.
Mahdani, who was acquitted in 1998 Coimbatore bombings after spending over nine years in jail,
is in jail in connection with the 2008 Bangalore serial blasts.
