Kochi: At least 12 people were killed when their bus caught fire after colliding with a bike at Chinna Tekuru village in Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh on Friday.
The bus was going to Bengaluru from Hyderabad when the incident happened.
The bus door got jammed and did not open making rescue operations difficult.
Twelve people managed to escape through windows, many with burn injuries.
Many passengers, who suffered burn injuries, were being treated in different hospitals.
