Kochi: Pinarayi Vijayan of CPM seems to be getting into trouble with the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) moving towards booking the Leader of Opposition in a money laundering case linked to his daughter Veena T.
The ED has given a letter to the Director General of Prosecution to register an FIR against Pinarayi pertaining to his daughter getting huge money from CMRL every month under Prevention of Corruption Act, Asianet news reported.
The letter also wants to book Veena and her husband Mohammed Riyas under the PCA.
The ED also submitted materials related to the crime.
