Kochi: Nonagenarian former Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan was admitted to a private hospital following abdominal ailments. He is also having kidney related problems. The 98-year-old veteran CPM leader, who is the only surviving founder leader of the CPM, is being constantly monitored by a battery of doctors, media reports said. He was admitted to the hospital on Sunday after he showed signs of uneasiness.
