Kochi: The Kerala High Court has refused permission for using Sree Vadakkunnathan temple ground for film shooting, media reports said.
A division bench of the court dismissed a plea challenging the Cochin Devaswom Board’s (CBD) decision to disallow film shooting using ‘helicam’ in the temple ground.
The court said that granting permission for film shooting in the parking area or near the temple’s access roads would obstruct or hinder movement of devotees.
The court noted that the CBD was struggling to implement the court order to make the temple ground free from plastic,, the reports said.
