Kochi: It was a great show by Indians under the leadership of Shikhar Dhawan at Queen’s Park Oval where India once again beat West Indies to win the three ODI series two nil.
West Indies won the toss and elected to bat to make a mighty 311 for 6 in 50 overs.
India made the required runs in 49.4 overs losing eight wickets.
Shai Hope hit a great century of 135 while Pooran made 74, Kyle 39 to build a strong foundation.
For India, Shardul Thakur took 3 wickets while Axar Patel and Hooda got one each.
Axar Patel hit a quick 64, Shreyas Iyer 63. Sanju Sanson, who was not in his form, hit 54.
For West Indies Alzarri Joseph and Kyle took two wickets each.
The third and final ODI will be played on Wednesday.
