Kochi: Thrissur Corporation’s first time Mayor Jose Kattookaran, 92, of Congress passed away.
Thrissur got corporation status in 2000.
He was in office from October 5, 2000, to 3 April 3, 2004.
He was Thrissur district Congress unit’s General secretary.
