Kochi: The BJP today claimed Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwalof Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) had alleged that she was assaulted by Delhi Chief Minister’s personal assistant, media reports said.
Reports said that calls purportedly made PCR by Swati Maliwal from the Chief Minister’s residence, alleging Bibhav Kumar assaulting her.
Swati has not made any official statement on the alleged incident yet.Police have not confirmed the matter.
The National Commission for Women will be sending an inquiry team to look into the alleged assault.
