Kochi: Union External Affairs Minister S Jayshnkar has said the truth on the gold smuggling case would come out.
Such things have happened that should not have taken place, Jaishankar said at Thiruvananthapuram
The ministry is aware of things that have happened in the UAE consulate, he said.
Jayasankar did not elaborate much on the matter since a foreign country’s consulate was involved and the matter is sub judice.
He said India was monitoring the situation in Sri Lanka where the matter had to be dealt very carefully.
The BJP government gave much importance to neighbouring countries, he said.
He said that the Chinese government has started allowing students to return to China after Covid restrictions for about two years.
He said the BJP was growing in the state in an impressive manner.
