India beats England

Kochi: In a well deserved victory led meticulously by maiden captain Shubman Gill, India beat England by six runs in the fourth and final match to level the 5-test series 2-2 at Oval today.
The fourth Test at Old Trafford ended in a draw.
Mohammed Siraj registered a five-wicket haul in the second innings as England were dismissed for 367.
Chasing a winning target of 374 runs, Siraj, 5, and Prasidh Krishna, 4, stood in the way of the host’s mission to win the series.
In a dramatic turnaround, India bowled out England which needed just 35 runs with four wickets in hand. Siraj gifted India the final wicket of Atkinson for 17 to level the series.
The match was going in favour of Harry Brook and Joe Root with a 95-run partnership, when Siraj and Prasidh put the brakes.
India made 396 in the second innings, with Akash Deep, 66, and opener Yashasvi Jaiswal stood in the crease.
Jaiswal hit 118, while Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar made 53 each to reinforce the total.
