Opposing the bail, the NCB alleged that Aryan was not only a consumer of drugs, but also involved in illicit drug trafficking and was in conscious possession of contraband.
Kochi: Twenty five days after his arrest, actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was granted bail in a drugs-on-crime case by Bombay High Court on Thursday. Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), also got bail in the case.
Munmun is a fashion model while Arbaaz is a close friend of Aryan Khan and his sister Suhana Khan.
A battery of lawyers led by former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi, fought for Aryan who was arrested on October 3 onboard a cruise off Goa coast. The detailed bail order will be issued tomorrow.
