Protest continues against CM

Kochi: Upper Primary aided  school teacher Farzeen Majid was suspended for protesting against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inside a plane yesterday.
Farzeen and Navin Kumar shouted slogans against Pinarayi seeking his resignation as the plane was landing in Thiruvananthapuram1airport. Education
 Minister V S Sivankutty has sought a report about Farzeen from the public education director.
Farzeen, Mattanoor block president of the party, reported for duty on Monday, DEO said.
Youth Congress Kannur secretary R K Naveen Kumar, shouted slogans seeking Pinarayi’s resignation.
It was at this time LDF convenor E P Jayarajan pushed them away.
Two aides of chief minister accused them of making attempts to harm Pinarayi following which an attempt to harm him has been registered against them.
Meanwhile, RSP leader N K Premchandran, MP, sustained injuries while taking a march against Pinarayi Vijayan at Kollam.
A Congress worker sustained serious head injuries in a lathi charge in Thodupuzha bin Idukki.
DYFI barged into a meeting of the mahila Congress and misbehved with the leaders in Cheruplassery. The Congress and CPM leaders clashed here.
Youth Congress and Yuva Morcha took out a march in different places.
DYFI took out a march to the house of Opposition Leader V D Satheeshan who alleged that the intruders had carried arms. One of them were nabbed.
Congress and BJP leaders flashed black flags while chief minister went on his scheduled programmes in Thiruvananthapuram.
